What is Spinal Flow?

As a Spinal Flow practitioner I have the honor of working with the nervous system helping the body release stress. We have 3 types of stress: physical, emotional, and chemical stress. When we can't process this stress it creates blockages in our spine, causing pain, illness, and disease. Using access points on the sacrum and cranium I send messages to the brain to start clearing away old stored up stress creating more ease and wellness in your body and your life. Spinal Flow is a root cause healing modality.
Who is Spinal flow good for?
Everyone is a candidate for Spinal Flow. The Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle modality that uses the body's own innate wisdom and healing power to clear aways years of stress.

In our society we often look at massage and other modalities as something to do once in a while-a treat, or pampering. Instead Spinal Flow is a way to take care of your body in the fullest way possible. Spinal Flow is so much more than a treat or a pampering session. Our busy lifestyles lead to so much stress on our minds and bodies. With Spinal Flow we work through those layers of stress one session at a time. The more stressful your life was or is the more frequent you should come. As your body starts to heal you'll be able to reach a point of maintenance, where coming is just keeping the body working smoothly. Until then 3-5 times a week is often necessary to get our nervous systems at peak performance. Some clients choose to come even more often for quicker healing.
