As a Spinal Flow practitioner I have the honor of working with the nervous system helping the body release stress. We have 3 types of stress: physical, emotional, and chemical stress. When we can't process this stress it creates blockages in our spine, causing pain, illness, and disease. Using access points on the sacrum and sphenoid I send messages to the brain to start clearing away old stored up stress creating more ease and wellness in your body and your life.

Our Busy lifestyles lead to so much stress on our minds and bodies. With Spinal Flow we work through those layers of stress one session at a time. The more stressful your life was or is the more you should come. As your body starts to heal you'll be able to reach a point of maintenance, where coming is just keeping the body working smoothly. Until then several times a week to once a week is often necessary to get our nervous systems at peak performance.
